Mobile phone and internet bundles can simplify your monthly bills and save you a bit of cash – you just need to know where to look. In this guide, we'll go over which providers offer bundling, as well as compare the options and go over plan features and perks.
A mobile and internet bundle is when you combine your mobile phone and internet plans with the same provider for a discounted price or extra perks. In some cases, you might even be able to bundle your phone, internet, electricity and gas or even nab internet and TV bundling. But for the purpose of this guide, we'll keep it to home internet and mobile bundles.

Tangerine mobile and NBN bundles
Tangerine customers who bundle an NBN plan and a SIM-only plan will receive 10% per month off their mobile plan bill. Unusually, Tangerine doesn't outline a maximum number of mobile services this can apply to, which is good news for big households.
Explore Tangerine's selection of NBN plans and SIM-only plans below:
TPG mobile and NBN bundles
If you have a TPG NBN plan, bundling an eligible SIM-only mobile plan will get you $5 per month off your bill. This is available to both new and existing customers, but only kicks in after the standard introductory offer ends – usually at month seven.
The eligible SIM-only mobile plans are:
- Medium 50GB plan
- Large 100GB plan
The introductory discount gives new customers 50% off for the first six months on its mobile plans and various dollar discounts on NBN plans, depending on the speed tier.
Here are the eligible plans for TPG's mobile phone and internet bundles:
Superloop mobile and NBN bundles
Superloop customers receive $5 per month off their internet bill by bundling their NBN service with a single home phone or SIM-only mobile plan. And for each additional home phone or mobile service, you save an extra $2.50 per month, up to a maximum of $15 per month.
Here's a breakdown of the monthly discounts for each added service:
| Bundled services | Discount |
|---|---|
| Internet + 1 bundled service | $5.00 per month |

Vodafone mobile and NBN bundles
You can potentially knock quite a bit off your Vodafone bill by bundling your mobile and internet plans.
First, having multiple mobile services on the same account gets you a discount. If you have an eligible mobile plan, the second plan gets you $5 per month off, then the third and fourth plans each get a $15 discount. In total, this adds up to a $35 per month discount spread across four plans.
Add an NBN plan (even if you have just the one mobile plan) and get a $10 per month discount on your NBN bill.
Here are Vodafone's NBN and eligible postpaid plans suitable for internet and mobile bundling.
Mate mobile and NBN bundles
Mate offers a fairly straightforward $10 per month off your internet bill if you bundle a Mate SIM-only mobile plan and NBN plan. You don't even have to wait until after any introductory deals finish to receive the bundle discount. There's a limit of just one bundle discount per account, but as far as individual bundle savings go, this is a pretty solid one.
We don’t have any mobile plans from Mate in our database at the moment, but you can find out the telco's NBN offerings below. Here are Mate's NBN plans:
SpinTel mobile and NBN bundles
SpinTel’s take on NBN bundling isn’t the most generous and comes with a few caveats, but this is already one of the cheapest telcos in our database. Really, any extra discounts are just a cherry on top, even if it's only $3 per month off two of the available three mobile plans.
The eligible SIM-only mobile plans are:
- SpinTel $23 Mobile Plan with 25GB – $3 off ($20 per month bundled price)
- SpinTel $29 Mobile Plan with 50GB – $3 off ($26 per month bundled price)
If you’re keen, here are SpinTel's eligible plans for NBN and mobile bundling:
iiNet mobile and NBN bundles
iiNet offers $5 per month off for its NBN and mobile phone bundles. The smallest mobile plan isn't eligible for the bundle, so you'll need either the Medium (50GB) or Large (100GB) plan to qualify – on top of an iiNet home internet plan.
iiNet offers introductory discounts for new customers on its mobile and home internet plans. These can be quite generous and usually last for the first six months. But the bundle discounts only kicks in after the intro period has ended.
Here are the eligible plans for iiNet's mobile phone and internet bundles:
With iiNet, your home internet can be via the NBN or, if your apartment building has access, an Ultra FTTB Broadband plan, which operates over a network that's owned and operated by TPG Telecom.
Aussie Broadband mobile and NBN bundles
Aussie Broadband customers will get $5 off their internet bill per month when they bundle their internet and mobile plan bills. The discount can apply on up to five mobile plans for a total of $25 per month. However, this promo is not stackable with any other, such as any introductory deals or other special offers.
All of Aussie's 5G mobile plans are eligible when bundled with any Aussie Broadband NBN or Opticomm internet plan.
Here's a breakdown of how the monthly discounts for each added service are calculated:
| Bundled services | Discount |
|---|---|
| Internet + 1 bundled service | $5.00 per month |
| Internet + 2 bundled services | $10.00 per month |
| Internet + 3 bundled services | $15.00 per month |
| Internet + 4 bundled services | $20.00 per month |
| Internet + 5 bundled services | $25.00 per month |
Here are Aussie Broadband's plans that are eligible for NBN and mobile bundles.
iPrimus mobile and NBN bundles
For those who bundle NBN with a mobile plan, iPrimus offers $5 per month off eligible SIM-only plans for new and existing customers. That's it – pretty simple.
All three of iPrimus’ mobile plans are also powered by the Vodafone network.
The eligible SIM-only mobile plans are:
- 5G Small 30GB plan
- 5G Medium 100GB plan
- 5G Large 150GB plan
We don't compare iPrimus' mobile plans, but here are the telco's NBN plans:
Amaysim mobile and NBN bundles
Amaysim’s NBN and mobile bundles doesn’t kick in until after any other discounts end, which is usually after the first six months for new customers. But a $10 discount on your NBN bill is a nice option int he long term, even if it only kicks in from your seventh month.
Here are Amaysim’s plans that are eligible for NBN and mobile bundles:
Why should you get an internet and mobile bundle?
It's true (but not guaranteed) you might save more if you avoid bundling and sign up to cheaper plans from different providers for your mobile and internet needs, but finding a mobile and internet bundle is about more than just discounts. We've outlined the benefits of bundles below.
Affordability
Saving cash on your monthly bills can be a great motivator to grab a mobile and internet bundle. While there aren’t a huge number of discounts available, every little bit reduces your bills further. That said, you might still end up paying less by going with two separate providers, depending on the combination of plans you need.
Convenience
If you want to reduce your life admin and get a better overview of your expenses, having one bill for multiple services can simplify things.
Data sharing options
Some internet and mobile bundles have a centralised data pool, which is a great way to cut down on data wastage. Paying for multiple high-data plans can mean you’re not getting what you’re paying for, but data sharing allows you to make the most of your monthly allowance. It also means you don't have to think as hard about exactly how much data each individual family member or device needs.
