Virgin's one-day only big data offer: 17GB for $50

Virgin's currently running a pretty sweet day-long promo, offering 17GB of data on its $50 SIM-only plan. The plan also gets you unlimited talk and text, $300 of standard international calls, data rollover, and unmetered streaming through Spotify, Google Play Music, and Pandora. You do however have to sign a 12-month contract.

This offer expires at the end of today, that is, May 4. After midnight, the plan will still have a pretty healthy 15GB data inclusion.

If you still need a little more data, Virgin's $60 SIM-only plan comes with 18GB of data, and ups the international call allowance to $500. This plan isn't a limited time offer, so if you're too late to grab 17GB for $50, you've still got options.
